How To Palm A Basketball

in Basketball
Hello this is Jacob Hiller with the jump manual I just realized that in the new report I made called “How To Jump Higher in 45 Minutes”, there is a workout program for techniques and exercises in how to palm a basketball and the reason we put that in there is that there are so many people that get really close to dunking that they only need to do is to palm a basketball and they get their first dunk. So anyways to those of you that are interested in “How to Jump Higher in 45 Minutes” you can download the report simply through that, the rest of it can just be icing on the cake. I’ve had a lot of request on how to palm a basket ball and I said I will eventually make a program to teach you that technique. Well this contains the exercises on how to do them as well as a little cheating technique to palm basketball immediately. It’s not a permanent fix but it’s going to allow you to palm a basketball and get your dunks. So have fun with it. Jut want to tell you, the conflict of basketball is not about palm strength as you might think but it’s the finger tip string coz the finger tips is where you get the leverage. It’s also about how you take hold of the basketball, you know, how you grab panels and how do you use it to get better leverage of the ball. Well go over that in the work book “How To Jump Higher in 45 Minutes”. If your getting this video on YouTube or other video sites, you just click the video below and on the other side and then in your e-mail, you can download the manual, if you actually at the site, excuse me that’s , then you’ll just put your email in and then you can download it. So hope you enjoy and you give me the feedback on it. Talk to you soon.

Jacob Hiller is the creator of The Jump Manual, a vertical jump program that has been featured on ESPN and in Fadeaway and Men's Health magazines.

Jacob started as an aspiring high school athlete who was always on the search for safe and effective means to improve his own performance.

Disappointed with the mediocre training he was provided in high school, college, and on the internet he, like so many other athletes, had tried nearly everything.

Not willing to believe he had reached his physical potential, Jacob started poring through research concerning strength, quickness, and neurological recruitment, as well as formulating new ideas in applying scientific principles into a systematic routine that any athlete could employ.
